Antique 18K Rose Gold Watch Chain Fob Necklace with Horse Shoe & Nail Drop

Crafted in 18K rose gold, the necklace is composed of a flat curb chain with a sliding chain drop supporting a split horse shoe with nail and a large spring ring clasp. No markings to identify the origin, it's more likely American.
There is one minor dent on the back of the horse shoe. The chain is in excellent condition.
